Got my SS tuned! Vid inside Well its been a long time since my SS recieved a good dyno tune. Last time the car was tuned it had the following mods.
224 cam, LS6 intake, Lid, LTs, ORY, M6, 10 bolt, 125 shot. Made 493rwhp 570tq.
Best ET= 10.97@ 127 1.58 60' Had a 9 inch in for this run. SBE with 150k miles.
So now the car has a low mileage SBE ls1 with ARP rod/head bolts, 236/240 cam, Weiand intake, 80mm TB, LTs, ORY, Lid, 255 racetronix, 30#SVO inj, 125 shot, and a built th350RMVB with a FTI 4400 stall.
Before getting the car really tuned it still managed a 10.84 pass @ 126 mph. I know it has a lot more in it. So this past Saturday I brought the car and had it tuned. What a difference in driveability and throttle response.
It made 480Rwhp and 450tq on 21deg with a #7 gapped at .030 Timing mark look good. AFR was at 11.8. No signs of KR so we decided to leave it alone till I can make some hits at the track. I am sure it has a 10.50-60 in it now. Will most likely jet up and adjust accordingly in the future. Anyway here is a quick vid from one of the nitrous runs.
