Question Help Nitrous wiring ?

I have my tnt kit wired up and it doe's not fire the noids!!! Here is how I have it wired.......Switch(arm) wire to WOT switch then to msd window switch red wire then yellow wire from msd to relay #86 slot....Is this wrong?? Do I take the yellow wire on the msd and send it to the #85 slot(ground spot) on the relay...If so do I then just wire the red wire from the msd to the battery??? I hope someone can help me out!!!!

Please double check as i haven't looked at the wiring in a while but i believe the pulsed ground wire is the one that should be hooked up to the relay. The relay will have a power wire connected to it but the pulsed ground from the msd unit signaling the proper window will send the ground charge which activates the relay, sending direct current to the solenoids.

you want your red to the window switch direct to either A, +12 ignition, or B +12 ARM
(blue wire coming from your harness) , you need to have the MSD powered up regardless of the WOT position.

you connect the yellow wire to the ground spot of the RELAY and connect the other side to the ARM switch, install the FPSS and WOT switches between this wire. you can put them on the ground side of the relay if you want. But i like to put everything on the +12 side, and send the relay direct to the MSD switch.

ARM(blue wire)--T-------*WOT*--------*FPSS*----RELAY----*----MSD yellow.
--------Red wire MSD--------------------------------
Good luck, and if you need any help, feel free to PM me.

Ryan.

The MSD window switch red wire should go to 12v +
White to tach output
black to ground

yellow should go to GRD side of FPSS if you have it. The GRD wire from relay should go to other side of FPSS.

If no FPSS the yellow from MSD window switch should go to the ground wire of relay. This is white on my relay.

that make sense?

You can take a wire and connect the two sides of the on side of the window switch right....This way I don't have to rev the motor to 3000 rpm...It should actvate it if all is wired correct....Right?????

I don't know for sure. I would imagine the RPM pills are resistors. I'd just rev it to 3k to verify.
