A4 guys...where do you????
I have a 99Z28 with a dry kit on it I just put it in drive and spray from about the 60 foot line til the finish and I dont let off at all and it does fine. my converter is stock.
switch is wired from BATTERY----->THROTTLE SWITCH------>SWITCH IN ASH TREY-------->CYLONOIDS.
Throttle switch acts like a arm/saftey switch <img border="0" alt="[driving]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_driving3.gif" />

That not the answer I was lookin for. I'm trying to find out about SHIFT RECOVERY on the gear changes with different converters on the spray.

What I mean by SHIFT RECOVERY is, what are your RPMs at on the next gear change. For instance my car would shift at 6500 and the recovery was 5400 once in 2nd or 3rd.
So with your yank 3000 your shifting at 6000 and the rpms drop to 4000 on the spray?

not sure what you are talking about as for recovery, but: I spray out of the hole, i have a yank 3000stall convertor, i now leave the gear selector in OD vs. drive (better shifts that way-thanks to Colonel's advise). The trans shifts about 6000rpm, the rpm drops to about 4000'ish and since i am still spraying it hauls *** right up to the next shift. In OD it seems to shift a couple p hairs quicker. Does this help?
I spray my car out of the hole to the 1320 and it shifts at 6000 and recovers at 4800. I'm running a Pro Yank 3600 Extreme converter. I think you have seen my car run at Gateway a couple of times.
