Default building nitrous system

Alright guys, well once the tax returns roll in I think I'm going to add some juice to the car. I'm pretty set on running a dry shot, and I had a quick question for all of you. From what I see, the nos 5177 kit can only run up to a 125 shot, correct? I have a 98 so my stock fuel system flows real well and by the time I install the n20 the car won't have too much more than a lid, duals, and then some nittos and subframes to hold the power. Am I better off somehow building a custom setup? If so, what would I need to run up to a 150 shot and where would you recommend I purchase everything?

Thanks in advance!

Anyone? I'm pretty interested in designing my own setup rather than purchasing a pre-made kit.

For the 150 shot go with a wet kit from just about anywhere. If you really wana put your system together, go with a direct port kit.

Well I have a 98 with the larger fuel system, so if the car is almost stock I might be able to get away with a 150. That's the most I'd ever run on the stock bottom end anyway, so I would just a-tap or dyno the car and look at the a/f to see if it could go up to a 150 or if I should stay lower. For this kind of system where are some good places to start looking for components? I heard it's usually cheaper and also better tuned to my uses to piece together a customized setup. Do I just need a bottle, 1 nitrous solenoid, nozzle, jets for my desired shot, line, and fittings? I'm also going to run a window switch and a wot switch.
