what plugs to run and gapping?

Default what plugs to run and gapping?

I have a 383 ls with 11.6 to 1 compression and spraying a 200 shot I ran a tr6 with no spray. with the sray what should I run and what should I gap them

If that were mine, I would run a NGK B8efs to start with a gap of .025"-.030". I would also probably start with a 150 shot and read the plugs to see how they look before I hit it with the 200.
