NX remote opener?
NX remote opener? Just finished the install of the NX remote opener and found it will not open or close the bottle,just kind of rocks the valve a little then nothing. Lots of noise when pushing button ,but will not turn valve. WHY? It is like there is not enough umph to turn it,what can i do,are there any adjustments to this thing for torque? It is on a 15lbs NOS bottle,Kit only is about 1.5 years old. Grounded at bracket under steering column,will find better ground.Also will check into clutch adjustment at top of motor. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />
Re: NX remote opener? The clutches for the opener are adjustable.Sometimes it needs alittle adjusting.NX makes the openers for ZEX.There is a slight difference in the inner rings diameter.

I removed it from the bottle and opened everything up and found nothing that looked like an adjustment to me. The instruction sheet that came with the kit was a terrible copy printed on a single sheet of paper and did not have that picture of the clutch on it.
