Default New 5177

Man, I love Nitrous. My buddy and I put the kit on during the day on saturday, just in time for street racing. I logged quite a few kills with it. I was running a 100 shot, and the motor took it just fine. Do you guys think I could bump it up to a 150 shot? I think I should be able to since NOS rates their jet by the flywheel, and I haven't hooked up my bottle heater yet. I figure a 150 shot would only be a true 100 shot or so. Let me know what you think. My buddy said I would get greedy, and he was right. Nitrous is addictive. Thanks guys.

The reason you can not run a 150shot is your fuel injectors are not big enough. with the 5177 kit which is dry you inject the nitrous before the maf and the computer lengthens the injector pulse to add the extra needed fuel. some guys go to 125 but you have to go buy those jets. I am not doing that. the only safe way to go to 150 is to go wet so you know the fuel will be there too. Nx rates there kits at the wheels. I am thinking of going wet this summer with the maf plate kit. hope this helps
