Which Nitrous Oxide Brand is better? Nitrous Outlet, ZEX, or Nitrous Express ?

i will say this, for customer service NX cant be beat. Ive been on the fence about putting up a thread about nitrous outlet, and their lack of customer service. But i can only speak from MY personal experience with both.

 

I am to with nitrous outlet. Their customer service is not great. I gave them a shot but im going to post up a thread if i dont get a pm back from the person i message

I apologize for any hassles you may have had to deal with during this time. I do know that our shipping times were extended out a little due to being slammed with so many orders during the sale. We deffinetly answered as many phone calls as we possibly could and my staff put in a lot of overtime as we tried to work through it.

Can you be more specific to where our customer service was lacking so that we can address those issues in order to make sure it does not happen again.

Brian, I apologize for just now getting on the forum. We were so slammed through the sale and holiday plus half of our crew left for a week to dissplay in Indy at PRI.

I have included your pm below so I can address any issues out in the open we may have. I am not currently on the forums responding to pms. I have to much going on and I am relying on my staff to answer pms and help customers.

I received my 92mm plate specific fbody kit Friday. opened it up and theres no instructions for anything in there. do you guys normally not include instructions? im new to nitrous and going to need a guide to install everything. I talked to john from nitrous outlet last week about my order taking forever to get here. I know because of the sale it was delayed but me or speed inc(place I ordered) got no notifications an eta when it would get shipped. with that and the no instructions I am very not pleased with nitrous outlet and ordering accessories in the future I might go elsewhere even tho I love your guys products.

Looking over your order. You placed it through one of our dealers. You have to understand when you place an order through our dealers your business transaction is with them. They then place there order with us. At that point any info regarding that order is discussed with the dealer because the dealer is our direct customer. You are there customer. Updates on the order that is placed with us is communicated with the company or person that placed the order directly to us.

Your order was shipped out with in 4 business days after the order was placed with us. We usually try to ship the same day or the following day. Unfortunately we were building and shipping as much product as fast as we could. Like I stated my guys were putting in some serious overtime and we gave it our best.

From what I understand Brandon is in contact with you and he will make sure you have the instructions. I apologize that they were left out of the package.

We have always had excellent service from Nitrous Outlet. We have never had
any reason to try other sources.

Buddy and I both had great luck with the outlet. Emailed diagrams, answered phone calls, hooked us up well. After the sale support was,there.

 

Ask Induction Solutions if they have any late model EFI plates...not saying they are a bad company, they just cater to a different market.

 

That is a good point. I didn't realize the op was only referring to efi model specific plate systems. IS will set you up with almost any custom configuration you need and offers top notch product support. Not to discredit any of the others just my opinion based of experience with most major outfits in the business.

 

Heard and have read great stuff from Nitrous Outlet.

 

What exactly are you looking for out of your setup. What are your goals
