Dual stage noid mounting

For everyone using a dual stage kit where did you mount the second stage noids? I have the passenger side plate for the 1st stage and purge. Im using the TSP 100mm MAF unit so cant use the MAF bracket, also still have PS so cant use the drivers side mount either. Iv used the universal mounts and had them hanging off the fuel rail but it didn't look very clean. Im using a Nitrous Outlet plate. Thanks

This is what we use for the second stage, other than that, you'd have to use the universal mounts.

Did mine this way planning for a nitrous outlet two stage plate down the road.
