What is the difference between the #4 and #6?

How about the Standard and Pro?

The only difference between the #4 and #6 is what size line the adapter ties into. The #6 line is used on the Force 4 Fogger kit and #4 is used on the wet and dry kits. The difference between the standard and pro purges is the size of the solenoid. TNT only makes the standard purge since it can clean out the #6 line just fine.
