DRY KIT BOTTLE PRESSURE
DRY KIT BOTTLE PRESSURE Does bottle pressure on a dry kit make a LOT of diff. in power? I ran a 100 shot with like 550-600lbs of pressure,I was wondering if I got it to 950 or so would it help with more power?
Re: DRY KIT BOTTLE PRESSURE Try this, make a run on the spray with low bottle pressure, take the car home, put the bottle in a bathtub full of hot water (till the pressure is up) then go make a run with full bottle pressure. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Re: DRY KIT BOTTLE PRESSURE just like the above posts... the pressure you ran.. 550-600? will result in a rich condition ofr a dry kit as well as lack of power.. going to 900 will be night and day... FYI.. i ran my dry shot bottle pres at 11-1200... NEVER more than 1200 and i ONLY used 1200 when i really needed to smack someone on the street.. usually an unsuspecting Mustang with a blower <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> .. bottom line 900 is very safe and you will feel the difference!!

Re: DRY KIT BOTTLE PRESSURE Wait, I can understand you saying a rich condition on a WET kit, but doesn't the PCM adjust from the MAF,IAT, and the O2 analyzers to keep the right air/fuel mix for a DRY kit?
