Default Question about why purge isnt working right.

It actually works but for some reason I seem to have a lot of air in the lines. I have to purge it for atleast 2-3 seconds before it turns white. Even if I have just used it it takes that long. Is this normal or is something wrong somewhere?

How long is the line from the actual purge solinoid. If the line is relatively long that will cause the problem described. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

My solenoids are mounted right in front of my condensor in the very front of the car. I have the purge running out by the front windshield, pretty much like every other purge I have seen. I guess thats a pretty long path to travel.
