I was wondering if u can flat shift when u are running juice?? I will have a MSD window switch to shut it off, but wanted some thoughts.. I am asuming i can stay on the gas with the window switch????

 

I always lift a bit. The T56 is a strong tranny, but I think a 150 shot, speed shifting will kill it.
You dont have a mods list, so I will assume your on some sort of drag radial and are running a 10 bolt rearend. I can only tell you that you will KILL the clutch, Kill ther rearend or break the tranny. That is about as specific as I can get...and I know.

Went to a Moser 12 bolt, and fully expect to kill my tranny soon. TH400 is sitting in the garage waiting for that day.

 

I have mass air, ram air kit, smooth bellow, slp long tubes, cat back, and nitto drag radials..

 

no, ive done that on a pass once and blew my tranny first try lol
