yes, it can be hidden fairly easily, all depends on how much work you want to put into it.

For the spray, i would not go over 65 hp per nozzle, or 125 total dry, unless you do fuel system upgrades. (if a 99-00 car, then 100 is the max of what i would do, due to smaller injectors)

100 is safe. 125 and 150 is borderline depending on fuel system

I checked that link...that guy is good. Well hidden, only someone that recognizes the FPSS would ever get wise to it.
