Default Problems with grommet?

Well after battling a leak through the grommet behind the computer i finally got pisses and decided to redo my wiring. I had my n20 line and about 8 other wires coming thru the grommet. I removed the n20 line and all the wires and ripped out the stock grommet (something i probably should not have done). Now Im gonna run the n20 line under the car and probably run the wires through my manual shifter boot. My problem is how do i seal up the 1-1/4 inch hole (i think)from where the grommet used to be. It would not be difficult if i didnt still have to run a stock harness line through it. The harness has connectors on the end of it which make a problem due to the size of the whole that has to be created. What should I do? Anybody have a similar problem?
