Default Help with Plugs/Wires

Hey guys, my car is going in the shop for a 100 shot install and dyno tune, and I'm looking for the right plugs and wires to run. Car is a GP GXP btw..

I was told that br7ef ngk are a good plug, but they are 2 heat ranges colder than stock, and Vector is convinced I should only go 1 heat range colder.

Also, should I just run stock AC Delco wires?

Any opinions welcome. Thanks!!

I run the 7ef on a hundred. I also just got a set of msd wires off ebay for 60$ shipped.

Both, the br7 plugs and stock wires are fine. I have broken MSD wires and they're a waste of money IMO.
