Track tested with a 4.7K ohm resistor which kept IAT's at 57*. Car would shred the tires through first gear, no hook whatsoever. ET's all over the place since bad 60's but MPH was nearly identical 109.95, 109.97, 109.78, etc. It also made the car run rich up top, AFR went to 12.2 from 12.8. Removed IAT tricker, car hooked and ran more consistent ET's but MPH wavered. AFR leaned back out.
For bracket racing this thing is sweet. Just keep water temp in check with a fan switch and the car should be consistent since ALWAYS thinking 57* air.
