Troubleshooting Nitrous Activating Inconsistently

Troubleshooting Nitrous Activating Inconsistently I could use some help troubleshooting an issue I am having. I use a HSW Microedge controller to control when my nitrous comes on. Here's what happened on Friday:
1st run: 1.5 sec delay, activates at 1.5 sec
2nd run: 1.5 sec delay, activates around 5.5 seconds
3rd run: 1.0 sec delay, activates at 1.0 seconds
4th run: 1.4 sec delay, doesn't activate at all
5th run: no delay, activates at the hit
6th run: no delay, activates at 1.4 seconds
I have the window switch from 3000-6500, tps voltage at 4.2, no lean shutoff or fpss. I have been running this exact setup for 2 years with no issues. Any ideas on what might be causing this?

I went ahead and replaced the relays and made 3 passes today at the CHP nationals. The nitrous activated correctly each time so hopefully it was just a bad relay.
