NOS progressive controller & Ramcharger's timing tuner

NOS progressive controller & Ramcharger's timing tuner Can these be used in conjuction?

I know that NOS has another progressive controller for a bit more, because it has the delay timer and lighted display, but since the Ramcharger's timing tuner already has the delay timer, I don't need the more expensive nitrous controller.
I want the timing retard option from the Ramcharger timing tuner(since I have a tune with full timing and need to retard timing when spraying), and the progressive nitrous option from the NOS controller so that I don't spin the tires if I want to do a nice sized shot
