Just out of curiosity...
Shouldnt that bottle be mounted front to rear so the siphon tube is always dipped in the nitrous?

I have seen serius surging issues with this type of mounting location

 

It should be fine as long as his bottle doesn't get too empty. I probably would've rotated the bottle a bit so the siphon tube was pointing more toward the rear of the car (from looking at the pic, rotate the bottle counter-clockwise). The feed line fitting would also be pointing towards the bumper of the car. It's hard to tell exactly where everything is situated in that picture and i'm not real familiar with the TNT bottles. As long as the siphon is covered while under acceleration, it should be good to go though.
