Disassembling bottle for powder coating?
I'm thinking of having my NX bottle powder coated, but because of the high temps of the oven and media blasting, I'll want to remove the valve before sending the bottle off for coating. What's the best way to remove the valve and siphon tube from the bottle? Do I need to replace anything (seals, O-rings) before re-installing the valve? Thanks in advance.

Re: Disassembling bottle for powder coating?
I have powdercoated many nitrous bottles just remove the valve with a big wrench and pull the siphone tube out and thats all you have to do then after powdercoating make sure that there is no coat in the thread areas then reassemble VERY VERY tight and you will be good to go. <img src="https://ls1tech.com/threads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
