Default Possible Timing Tuner Problem?

Over the winter I descreened the MAF, changed to TR6 plugs, Installed a Ramcharagers Timing Tuner, and a NOS 5177 in a 1998 Camaro. Now when I put the car to the floor in 3rd or 4th gear on the highway and accelerate the car surges with or without nitrous. Any ideas? I am adding 2 degrees below 3000 rpm and 2 more above 3000rpm.

Your supposed to subtract 2 degrees for every 50 hp not add.

Adding 4 degrees may be too much...even on motor. Take it out and see what happens. I would not add any timing unless you are using atap or are on a dyno to see whats going on.

If it still does it with the TT set at 0 disconnect the timing tuner completely and run again. if its still doing it look elsewhere.

When the nitrous fires I pull-out all added timing, plus remove an additional 4 deg with a 75 horse shot. The car is surging with or without nitrous. I guess my question is when the car detonates or pulls timing what does it feel like.
