I searched for a few pics a while back and i was mostly unsuccessful yet i still ordered the NX nitrous switch panel for my 98 z. i took out the cubby peice next to the cig lighter and the panel doesnt fit in there, its too small. am im supposed to fabricate something? what am i missing here? its nowhere close to fitting right.

anyone have this switch panel from nx? could you shoot me some pics if you do?

i have the same problem, i havent installed mine yet but i placed it in there to test fit it and it was a little loose. im wondering what people do to fix that

 

Take and put a cut off piece of papper clip under the tabs.Then wrap it with electrical tape.This will make it fit tighter.

that or some 1/8" foam weather stripping makes them a good fit

WOuld this switch panel fit in the ash tray if I took out the actual tray? Would it fit in that area?

 

they will in the LT1 style M6 camaro ones.

but they won't in a 97+ console and allowing you to keep the flip up lid portion of it.
