Default nitrous wont engage using msd window switch help

Well like the title says my buddies nitrous wont engage now that he is using a digital msd window switch P/N 8969 he has it set to cyl #4 mode but no matter what he sets the on and off to it does nothing any help would be appreciated this is the wiring diagram he used

set it for single cylinder mode

he is using the pcm to get the rpm signal not the coil pack we have tried all modes tho and nothing is the wiring good?

ohm meter. better get one.

We always pull the signal from an individual coil. Just make sure it matches what your tach is reading.
