If they did the whole build for you up to and including the tuning, they should have checked the injectors in my opinion and this definitely should have shown up on the N/A tune also. If they are a good shop then they should have no problem making it right. (If it really was their fault.)
Would like to see some kind of tuneup info so we can try and help you get to the bottom of this.

There are a lot of variables but that jetting shouldn't have hurt anything if the correct amount of timing was out of it, it was on the right plug and had adequate fuel supply. Have any pictures of the pistons?
