There is plenty of people that have been in the low 6's and even 5's with a factory bottom end. Alot of it is in the tuneup, and the nitrous system itself (direct port will give you the best cylinder to cylinder distribution at higher horsepower levels), cam choice and things like that. That is really up to you, and really dependent on your budget and overall goals.
