If you have specific questions about each one feel free to ask. The two main styles are wet and dry obviously, and then we have "straight through" nozzles as well as 90* exit nozzles.
Typically, you will make more power using a weld in bung and straight through nozzle on the same horsepower setting. (Vs a 90* exit nozzle, this can come in handy for class racers who are jet limited.)

at most 400 as that is what my rails will support. Don't really have a power goal, I have an ET goal lol. I want 9.5. I should be running 10.5-10.7 NA with a T56 so I know I won't need to spray 400 lol

200hp would probably get you close.

(Any standard 90* nozzle system would work fine for what you are wanting to do, on that intake.)
