Default a question about octane and nitrous

I was wondering if we inject higher octane mixture of petroleum such as methanol or c16 mixed with nitrous wet what would be the effect for air fuel ratio ? and which one is better for nitrous from these two options

I wouldn't recommend mixing methanol with a petroleum fuel. If you mix C16 with pump gas, you shouldn't see a change in Air/Fuel ratio due to the specific gravity of both fuels being very close. If you mix an oxygenated fuel that is lighter than pump gas, you might have to make some changes to the tune.

If you wanted to go with something a little better than C16 for use with the nitrous system then you might want to look at VP fuels C23.

Info is straight from VP Fuels site.
