Default Need reassurance on timing retard and race fuel

I bought 5 gallons of Renegade 120 Nitrous race fuel. This is suppose to have to top lubes and junk that is good for nitrous engines. this is in a dedicated fuel cell. How much timing should I pull with this fuel at 175 shot? what about at a 225 and a 300? Thanks for the input, just want to be safe

The general rule for pulling timing is 2* retard per 50HP....

When using race gas on some applications you can add a degree or 2 back to the tune but for the first hit I'd suggest pulling the correct amount of timing and from there crisp the tune up.

I use VP Racing C16 race gas in my standalone. I figured with the race gas I wouldn't have to pull as much timing, I was wrong. Even with the C16 I still have to pull 2 degrees per 50hp.

125 to 150 off my rail for years (10) and but what seems like only a small amount extra like 225 and a lot, 300 is a whole different ball game on my car. Stand alone and race gas in it and different plugs and heat ranges. 150 was easy but when I got to 200 it was more of an exact tune then and slowly working up and learning how to read plugs.
