Default Heads/cam 100-150 shot, what plug?

I have a H/C set up at 11.0 compression making ~450 rwhp. Should I go with a br7ef or a b8efs plug for a 100-150 shot?

I have a 11.1 H/C/I Ls1 I used br7ef up to 175 shot, stepped up to b8efs when I stepped up to 200.

The BR7EF will be fine for what you're wanting to do. Gap should be right around .028, and you'd be good to go. If you wanted to go above 200, you'd need to swap out to the NGK B8EFS-

Yep. BR7EF plugs are fine for your application, as mentioned above. If it was alot higher compression I might drop down a heat range or so extra. Also, just so you know, for normal compression, (12.5:1 or lower) the general rule of thumb is 1 step cooler on the plug per 100hp of nitrous.

Thanks,
Garrett
