domestic disturbance

Im currently trying to set parameters in my FJO 2 stage nitrous controller, I am running windows 8, I have the file downloaded and it pulls up and all but does not recognize my controller, Im thinking its because it requires a older windows to operate....

If this is correct how are you guys getting around this
