The SV with the the Stinger and deep bracket is a great combination for EFI. It's jetted at the plate, so it's easy to change the jets when you need to. If you're using a carb, it'd be better to go with the Boomerang bracket to ensure it clears everything. The jets may be a little more difficult to change with the Boomerang bracket than a deep EFI bracket, but for carbs it's the best way to go-
I have center drop on mine, but it's efi with 4150 throttle body and 1" spacer. With 1" spacer the carb should clear, if not you can flip the solenoids so they are upside down it should clear carb bowls without a problem.
