Default Calling Tierod

Just wondering if you had a shift kit your allison trans. And did you spray through the shifts. what kind of setup did you have, window switch and tps switch? OR just spray off line and keep it on. also did you change spark plugs at all( colder heat range)

Sorry it took me so long to respond I am only home on the weekends.
Use NGK TR6 spark plugs the same as the gen 3 do.
My Allison was completely stock nothing done to it. Start out with a 100hp shot to let the Alli adjust to the added power then work your way up and run it in tow mode.
I used a switch that I mounted on the shifter all I had to do was move my finger to the left to hit the button. A window switch is always a good idea set it just under stall speed max at 5300rpm and the rev limiter needs to be at 5500rpm.
I matted the gas and held the brake as soon as I let off the brake Id hit the nitrous and held it tell the end of the 1/4 mile. Because you've got a aggressive westers tune you need a way to pull timing out. Ramchager make a controller to pull timing. When you go to a 150hp or 200hp let the torsions down till the tie rods are level with the center Link or you'll wheel hop the front end and bend the tie rods. Most of all have fun!!!

I see that you have a cam too. I am still stock engine wise . I have the rev limiter set to stock. Was going to call westers see if I get a nitrous tune. but going to check the ramchargers controller

Its a comp cam xr270 it pules to 5100rpm and its for sale gained 33whp, 50wtq on motor. The problem is the truck accelerates so fast that the Alli don't shift quick enough and end up shifting around 5000rpm. Worked grate for the bigger cam. Your truck should be light enough that you experience the same problem.
