There's a ton of wiring to make this all work and I've never had to replace the fuses or relays. If I had to do it again, I'd probably mount the fuse boxes and relays on a mount against the firewall behind the glove box. That would allow me to use the glove box for something else. My long term plans are now a 434ci with a 300 shot.

That is good info, the system I've been piecing together is nearly identical to yours. The primary differences are that I'll be using the winmax controller and I'll be concealing all of my switching in the ashtray. No cutout anymore either. Aside from that, all of the hardware is the same. Thank you for posting! This is very helpful to me!

You may want to consider purchasing a quick disconnect kit. I plan to order something like the following or similar so that I don't have to disconnect each wire off each switch every time I remove the console cover. In fact, I may solder the contacts onto the switches. You'll need a special crimp tool like a IWS-1424B Crimper on amazon.
