Default Am I doing this right?

Hey guys, I'm new to nitrous and v8s. I do A LOT of big power imports for a living, 800-1200whp 4 cylinder turbo cars. For my own personal car I just picked up a 93 Foxbody Notchback to mess around with. I'm LS swapping it and I'm building an iron block to go in it. I'm not 100% on if i picked out all the right stuff or what I'm realistically looking at for what the car should do if its set up correctly. I will use this thread to pretty much ask questions as they come up. The end goal for the car would pretty much be high 9s/low 10s on motor and 8s in the 1/4. This will be a "street car." How much nitrous would I be able to spray (safely and unsafely ). I was thinking around 300-400 but that obviously depends on the tune. How does the whole nitrous and e85 thing work as compared to race gas. Yes, I have searched on the forum; not much has been out there. ANY RECOMMENDATIONS will be appreciated. Thanks Guys. All I have pretty much as of now is the 6.0 long block and the parts listed below for the internals.

06 Gen III LQ4

317 Heads stock port (thinking about sending them to AI for the 232cc CNC Head port)
Ferrea Competition Plus Valves (stock size)
LJMS Cam Kit
- BTR 233/250 .619"/.595" 113+5 Cam
- BTR Chromoly Pushrods
- BTR Dual Valve springs w/ Ti Retainers
Comp Cams Trunion
LS7 Lifters
LS2 Trays
ARP 8740 Headstuds
LS9 Headgaskets
Standard LQ4 6.0 Block bored to 4.030
Wiseco 4.030 Bore +12cc Pro Pistons (k447x3)
Eagle H Beams w/ ARP L19 Rod Bolts
Stock Crank
King Bearings
Melling High Volume Oil Pump
Comp Cams Single Chain & Sprocket kit
GM Muscle Car Pan Kit
Motion Raceworks Steam Vent Kit
Trickflow Crankshaft Dampener Pulley
Gates water pump for a f body

Carb:
Holley Ultra HP e85 850cfm Carb
Holley Single Plane Intake Manifold

Extras-
Every bolt on the engine is a 12pt Polished SS Bolt from ARP
ICT Billet Valley Cover
LSX 376 Valve Covers

Transmission will prob be a slightly upgraded th400 or a glide, not sure what i should pick as this will be a street car. All suspension will be from Team Z Motorsports.

Looking into the nitrous outlet Puck Kit. Anyone have any recommendations otherwise? The plates looks very nice as well.
