Nitrous filter fitting

I have a damaged fitting on my nitrous filter. They come with stainless steel fittings and I have an aluminum fitting that will work. Is it fine using an aluminum fitting at this pressure?

I have the exact same problem. I have a brand new filter/regulator and it leaks at the outlet side. I have made sure the fitting is correct and have gone as far as buying a new Russel fitting. I starting to believe there is a problem with the filter seals or outlet.
