Default Best sealing method for nozzle in boosted intake pipe

First foray into nitrous. Putting a (wet) nozzle in the charge piping a few inches from the TB. I have read everything from RTV Silicone, to Blue thread locker, to teflon paste to seal the NPT fittings and the nozzle (I know to not use anything for the AN fittings). Those with boosted and sprayed engines, what sealant method has worked best?

The teflon paste seems like it would fill the most gap and would not harden up like thread locker, but I could be way off here.

At the top of my list of things I hate are boost leaks. So far I have avoided them rather well with this car.

Thanks!

Funny you should post those, that is exactly what I have with my kit, it came from Nitrous Outlet. Would it hurt to dab a bit of thread locker or teflon paste on the bulkhead fitting?

You could use a drop of blue loc-tite to ensure that the nozzle stays in place and does not move. But will be able to be removed in the future in case you need to remove it. I would not recommend using red loc-tite as that is intended for an item to not be removed.

Thanks go to both you guys for chiming in! Blue thread locker on the nozzle/npt fittings and a dab of teflon for the bulkhead looks like the ticket. I plan on flattening out the pipe a little bit to maximize the sealing of the bulkhead as well.

Thanks!
