Right kit for me? First off, I know nothing about nitrous.. learning as I'm going so any advice is greatly appreciated. I'll list my mods below, car is a street car, which kit is the best for me.. I don't like cutting corners so I want the best setup.. thanks for and input!

Here's a kit I used to run with my Z28 before the HCI build (NOS 05168NOS GM LS1 EFI Nitrous System Adjustable up to 200 HP). This is a wet kit. I would recommend forged pistons beyond a 150 shot just to be safe. The good thing about this kit is you don't have to drill into your TB or Intake. You will also have to run a colder spark plug to prevent detonation. NGK TR6s are good. And a tune is highly recommended.
OP, I have a similar build as you, and run a older NX wet kit with the shark nozzle that goes into the bellow. If doing a 150 shot or less a simple wet kit will do the trick, and it's cheaper as well
