Default Window switch problem

I have a 08 Ls3 C6. Got all of my nitrous stuff wired up. Seems like everything is activating like its supposed to. Its a nitrous outlet plate kit with a dedicated fuel system using a NOS Window switch. The issue I'm having may be normal but doesn't seem right to me. Whenever I arm the system the idle of the car changes about 150 rpm or when you hold it at 2500rpm and arm it, it will change the rpm up and down. I can unhook the tps wire from the window switch and the rpm doesn't change at all. Its wired into the green wire ( falling tps ) if that matters. Is this normal?
Thanks Dion

Switched over to the purple wire on the tps and reset the window switch to use a rising signal now everything seems to be working fine. Heading to the track tomorrow night to see if the street tires will hold a 100 shot.
