Has anyone converted their power ring set-up to work with a 90mm throttle body? Just curious what others are doing. Was going to tap the throttle body but it doesnt seem like there is enough room to do it neatly. Any suggestions?

 

I just took mine off, and got a direct port kit oh well, it was suggested that I machine the ring out but it would be too thin, for a Oring to still work, maybe they need to make a new ring, lol either way I know they say the ring is good for 350 rwhp, I sleep better at night with a direct port setup and 200+ shots.

 

You can send your power ring baxk to TNT.They will machine it to fit the 90mm throttle body for small fee.

Had a friend (machinist) duplicate the ring. Looks awesome, nothing better looking than a nice machined part. Thanks for the suggestions.

 

took my ring out and drilled and tapped the back of the maf clean looking install and best of all you dont have to trim your lid or anything still fits like stock.

 

I toalk to ls1 speed about the power ring because i have the 90mm lsx throttel budy the TNT ring will not fit there they told me thay can do anew one for me like ported anew one.or i will send my ring to TNT to machine it for me but how long it will take dave to ported the ring and how much it will cost.
