Default Lnc 2000 install question

I have an lnc2000 I installed on camaro using it to pull timing for a 150 shot I have it plugged in at the coil pack already ...for the orange retard activation wire can it be wired to an on and off switch to pull timing as soon as switch is powered on ......or can I wire it to the nitrous solenoid trigger at the relay ?

Since I often drive around with the nitrous armed, lol, I use a WOT switch via relay, that energizes the nitrous solenoids, LNC box, and 2nd fuel pump, all at the same time.

You can connect it either way, as it's a personal preference. My preference is to not have any timing retard unless the nitrous is actually spraying. I've never seen, or logged, any knock retard, or anything negative with it wired up this way, up to a 250 shot, but regularly (& normally) just a 200 or 150.

Either way. It's personal preference. Some guys have a hard time getting rpm's up on the transbrake with the timing pulled out. So, you would want it to retard as soon as the system is activated.

That is exactly why I have mine to retard when solenoids are energized. Works great like that.
