im trying 2 hook up my new timing tuner(hehe)and i cant find the crank trigger....it says u might have to disconnect starter...will i have 2? 2002? any1 have this problem? or better yet a solution? appreciate any help.TIA.

 

not crank trigger...but crankshaft sensor.

 

in the instructions they say its near the starter,and removal of the starter may be necessary...but all i see is the o2 sensor and oil pressure wires and positive and negative battery wires.....and if remove the starter it doesnt look like theres any thing there. is the crankshaft sensor the o2 sensor? no right?....please a lil help would be fabulous.

 

You have to take off the starter, the plug is on the side of the block behind the starter.
