Default Fogger?

LS3/525 in a Cobra Kit Car. When we put this in I had a 125hp NOS fogger system on the shelf and thought what the heck! I'm still running the stock tune that came with the GMPP Connect & Cruise package! I have HP Tuner but plan to have it dyno tuned! My question: Should I have 2 tunes done? Closed Loop for everyday Non NOS and a Open Loop for strip and NOS? It's 2620# with a full tank of gas and bottle of NOS in the trunk! 1260 F and 1360 R, no driver! I'm running 295/55/15 M/T D/R on the rear, it's pretty much all they can handle (and fit) on the street!

Worth the trouble?

With or without nitrous... at wide open throttle you are in open loop. With either using a mechanical switch or a electronic window switch to engage the nitrous you should be at WOT (open loop) anyway for engine safety. Having two tunes one for NA and one for N2o allows you to have the spark advance optimal for NA, then flashing to a lower timing advanced tune in HP Tuners for safety when spraying. The best of both worlds would be using a device like the LNC-2000 that will automatically pull timing when the N2o is armed.

Worth the trouble?
Indeed... especially for engine safety when spraying.

Bad *** little car, love the color combination too!

Redxray, said exactly what I was thinking. Install the lnc 2000 box, bring to Dyno and dial it in N/A. Adjust box and make some more pulls till it's right. Best ove both worlds
