NOS 15972 Fuel Injection Drive-By-Wire Wide Open Throttle Window Switches

Thank you for letting me in.
Just bought a C5, 2001 and found what i believe is a WOT rpm window controller tucked in beside the battery.
I think its a NOS 15972 Fuel Injection Drive-By-Wire Wide Open Throttle Window Switch; but I am seeing pictures on the web with both 5 cables and 7 cables.
Can anybody confirm from the pictures and if anyone would be sitting on the instructions for the dipswiches it would make a swede very happy :-)
