Default Stupid question just out of curiosity

I was looking a friend of mines 03 gt with a dry kit on it. His kit has a single solinoid with a single hose tapped in the cold air intake about 3in in front of the throttle body. (This is suppose to be considered a dry kit for mustangs?) He has ran a 100 shot for quite sometime with no problems. I was just curious what would happen if you did the 05177 kit to the LS1 like this. Just use a single line with a nozzle in front of the TB, & Use the other noid for a purge? Would this work? IM JUST ASKING OUT OF CURIOSITY I have also seen a 91 or 90 iroc with the same setup..

Does he have it tuned so that additional fuel will enter as the nitrous comes in?

One the fords and the LT1s the fuel is added by a nitrous management unit.It puts pressure on the fuel reglater causing it to raise the fuel pressure. On a LS1 the maff sensor adds the needed fuel.
