Any tips on buying a Camaro SS with Nitrous? Any tips on buying a car with Nitrous? The car is a 99 SS with a M6.The kit he has is a TNT wet kit, w/ bottle heater, NX remote bottle opener, purge kit, and window switch. In line pump and on a heads and cam motor. Spraying 150 shot. Just don't want to buy a problem car...
New to Nitrous.Any help would help.

How many bottles have been used?
Do you know the current owner?
Do you have enough money in your budget to eventually rebuild or replace the motor?
To say you need to be cautious when buying a nitrous injected car would be a major understatement of the obvious. If the guy is local, and has a good reputation for being a "straight shooter" then jump on it.
**NUMBER ONE RULE FOR USED CAR PURCHASE**
Get a mechanic to inspect the car. It's worth the money for an expert to take a look. If the seller won't let you have the car for an inspection, keep shopping.

The car has 52k. He says about 5 10lb bottles. I don't know the current owner. I think I will have a machanic check it out and get a copression check. I will have a extra motor incase this one goes
