nitrous a/f ??? on a stock motor

what is a good air/ fuel reading on a stock motor with nitrous????......i want to keep it safe but not too rich would 12.5 to 1 be ok or should i look for something in the 11s....thanks for any help

I'm also curious as to what the "optimal" a/f ratio on the spray is??

Although my engine's not quite stock

Mine is set at 11.8-12.0 - dyno tuned. IMO would go any leaner. Leaner is not meaner on nitrous. It just

The optimal A/F ratio is 12.5-13. But it's safety to fall the digit to 11 (with nitrous only). Let be some more fuel, it's may prevent the detonation. Much more dangerously to keep a poor mixture...

I'm just over 12-1 and am comfortable with that based on what the car is doing on the dyno. You will make a little more power going leaner but it's not worth the risk.
