I had a 90 LPE 383 Vette with a 300 shot, and even at 150 shot the accordian style air inlet hose would collapse under WOT (found this out on the chassis dyno). I replaced it with the SAMCO unit and it worked great. Is there anyone that has had this happen with a Camaro? I know the bellow is much shorter, so I bet its not much of an issue. ANy comments. Would the smooth bellows option be worthwhile for a stronger piece?
