With a NX direct port with progressive controller. On the same night.

12.7@109 on the motor.

10.94@124.9 with the 150 shot, which consisted of 200 jets at 75% power. Came out with 50% then rammped to 75% within 5 tenths.

Vigalante(spelling) makes 7 different ways to build a converter. There settings start at 1 being the tightest and 7 being the loosest. My converter is a #7. its flashes on the spray to 4600. I gets me out of the hole better, sense I footbrake it.

Please post your Trans/converter/gear/tire combo. That's about where I'm looking to be. Great times bro.

12.791/105.68 60' 1.785 N/A
11.831/114.27 60' 1.644 Spray(112 shot)w/245 Nitto
10.886@123.13 60' 1.488 6.916@98.92(250 shot)

N/a times were with the nitto's stock mainifolds and the 2.73 rearend. The few runs that were N/A this year were not as good. I think 12.9 was my best.

It's a big gain but I think it's very possible. I watched my buddy's brother last night run 12.6 @ only 108 on motor, then run 10.5 @ 126 on a VERY safely tuned 175-200 shot. With a more radical tune and a couple more passes it could have gone easy 10.2x's @ 128+.

Might as well pack your flag up...I witnessed both runs with my own 2 eyes. The car is setup for N2O.

Thats all fine and dandy, but he has to be the slowest forged N/A car ever. 12.6 @ 112? I would wonder wtf was wrong. Cool

When set up for the bottle I run a 11.9@114.9 with a 1.73 60 ft (timing retard 3.70 gears, 0.35 gap with colder plugs, and 28x12.5 ET streets). On a 150 NX SHO kit it has gone a 10.35@129 with a 1.43 60ft leaving off idle. I have dynoed it and on the spray it bottoms the AF at 10-1 across the board so it very safe for pump gas. I also run a high stall...mine flashes at 5200-5300 on the bottle and 4200-4300 on the motor.

Like was mentioned, the car was running literally no timing in it. As far as a forged bottom end goes-pistons don't make you go any faster (compression notwithstanding).

Yup pic up the flag. Anyone at Stanton for m9 can tell you that. I was in the quick 16 with my 96 s-10. I went 12.9@109 on the motor with 6 degrees pulled. then went a best of 10.64@126 on the 170 shot with the progressive controller. Lots of people were goin nuts cuase the thing looks stock and is on 235/60's. Did someone say the suspension is workin OK.
