Need nitrous!!! Just built my ls1 383 and want/need nitrous to meet my hp goal which is somewhere in the 600s. My compression is somewhere around the low 10s(10.2 and up). I want a wet kit and had my eye on the NXL nozzle kit by NX. If anyone has some expertise on nitrous that would be helpful>what kit/s should i look for?

I'll be honest with you....The NXL kit is a sweet LOOKING setup...It has not been meeting the expectations of the consumer thus far...NX is doing a lot to make the kit better, but for the money, I wouldn't go that route. NX makes a single nozzle kit that most people aren't familiar with. It's called the SHO kit.. It is the same "Shark" nozzle that comes in the 150 hp kit, but has been moddified (and comes with enough jets) to jet to 400 HP!! That's quite a lot from a single nozzle. I have put a couple of these kits on customer's cars, and they couldn't be happier with it!! On the other end of things, I have installed 2 NXL kits, and those customers aren't too pleased with the results. The NXL kit is sold with a max jetting to 180 HP, although some higher 200+ Settings are being tested. Maybe this will help in your decision making process!!
